The types of Data we collect, depending on the specific part of the site you are using, are:

13. Credit card information including name of cardholder, credit card number, credit card billing address and expiry date
14. Travel details including:
a. Flight information - flight number, arrival and departure dates and time, as well as origin and destination
b. Travel companions' personal information - names, identification card or passport numbers and their frequent flyer programme numbers
c. Type and number of travel document
d. Seat and meal preferences
e. Flight and hotel preferences when using OAG Travel Planner
f. Other personal travel information
15. Business information: business address, total number of employees, industry type, occupation and position/seniority of those who register as a member of ROP Member.
If you fail to supply the Data as requested from each specific service, we may be unable to deliver you the online services in full.

You can access and make changes to the Data that we collect online and maintain on the relevant update pages ROP Membership and Submitted Enquires.
